Management Trainee

Assalamualaikum

A management trainee is an individual who undergoes training for managerial or supervisory positions. A management trainee program is the best way to prepare employees too become leader or managers in the future.

Many company participate in this program. As for me, Im being undergoes training in Public Bank. Alhamdulillah, In 2016, aku dapat panggilan Iv di menara Public Bank which is opposite of KLCC.

Get visitor pass and go straight to level 11 and register at front desk counter.

After that you will be ask to fill in form given & bring along when your name being called.

Half an hour waiting with nervous,my name being called.That it is guys!

Bismillah.

Cemas?Of couse dude! Last aku join Iv was in 2015 which is my 3rd job as custom clerk.

Owh actually masa tunggu nama kena panggil tu,aku sempat kenal-kenal dengan candidate lain mostly chinese. Then aku sempat sembang dengan malay guy serorang ni,he's from penang and study engineering. Aku ingat aku je background lain dari yang lain.hehe.

3.30 aku rasa,nama aku dipanggil..type of interview? 

Three interviewer and one candidate.

Im cool plus nervous!hehe

First impression aku,nice interviewer there are.Semua chinese & ladies.

Question given such as :

1) Tell us about yourself instead what you have mention in your CV & resume.

2) Muet result?

3) Tell me what do you know about the post/designation/job you apply

4) Tell us little bit about your extra curricular

5) Have working before?how long?

6)Expected salary?

7) Anything else you want ask?

8)If we didn't,they will ask us

- Usually they will ask "why we should give these job to you?"

Tips : Be honest!Yakin!Speaking even broken grammar,then jangan tunjuk rasa takut.bagi muslim,mulakan dengan Bismillah. In Sha Allah,everything gonna be okay! hehe

Alhamdulillah..aku dapat peluang tu. Rezeki Allah datang tepat pada masanya.Jangan pernah give up!Usaha pun sama!

If you pass,you'll be asked to do medical checkup eg : urine test,xray,bmi calculation
